Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Please use the drop down menu to select your country during checkout prior to placing orders, we respectfully remind all of our customers that we are not able to dictate the import regulations of other countries and there is always a small chance that problems may arise.

What payment methods are accepted?

Bedroom Affairs online store accepts Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Paynow

Can I pay for my order upon delivery?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer payment upon delivery, as our couriers are not equipped to receive payments. As such full payment is required before your order is dispatched.

Is it safe to make credit card payments online?

Bedroom Affairs website uses SSL encryption and all payments made on Bedroom Affairs website are processed by the Stripe payment gateway, which is highly reliable and secure.

I have placed an order online. Can I modify or cancel this if it has not yet shipped?

Unfortunately once your order has been placed we are unable to modify it. You can return or exchange items once you have received them. For more information please go to our delivery & returns.

Delivery

Does someone need to be home to accept delivery?

You may authorise the delivery to be left without signature by ticking the box authority to leave at check out page, otherwise it is necessary for someone to be available to accept delivery as we require a signature as proof of receipt. For your convenience, we recommend having your order sent to your work address if being at home during business hours is not an option.

Does your postage fee include insurance?

No, shipping locally does not include insurance.

How do I track the progress of my delivery?

You will receive a confirmation that your order has been successfully placed and a text from our delivery team once despatched with a contact number to assist checking the progress of delivery.

How long will delivery take after dispatch?

Within 10 hours. Please note delivery times are estimates only and you may experience longer delays, during peak sale periods, or due to unforeseen carrier issues that are unavoidable beyond our reasonable control.

How much is delivery?

Shipping Charges:

International shipping costs vary based on weight, dimensions, and destination, added at checkout.

Local Deliveries:

Free local delivery for orders over $200; under $200, a $9.90 flat fee applies island-wide.

When will my order be dispatched?

Dispatches occur Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. We aim to dispatch order within 3 working days.

Gift Cards

I would like to purchase a gift card online. Can I do this?

You can buy a gift card online. This digital gift card is conveniently delivered via email on the date you choose, to your designated recipient, and includes the redemption instructions.

I have been given a gift card. How long do I have until it expires?

Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

What happens if I want to purchase something less than the value of my gift card?

If the value of your purchase is less than the value of the gift card, any unused balance will remain on the same gift card and can be redeemed when you next make a purchase. Please retain your gift card until you have used the full balance.

Is my e-gift card redeemable at Bedroom Affairs outlets?

E-gift cards only be redeemed at the Bedroom Affairs online store.
